Media Consent

By Electronically Printing and Initializing below, the CLIENT hereby grants permission to the PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of me for promotional purposes only. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, Web sites or other electronic communications. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions shall be the property of Nino Media.

The CLIENT may grant permission to PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER and its assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, upon request, permission to use CLIENT’S image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER may use CLIENT’S likeness and image on PHOTOGRAPHER’S/VIDEOGRAPHER'S website or other advertising with CLIENT’S prior approval and written consent. PHOTOGRAPHER may sell photos containing CLIENT’S likeness to third parties with CLIENT’S prior approval and written consent.
